Cancellation Policy
Cancel
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
・7 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
・The day before, the day of...100% of the accommodation fee
☆Please rest assured that there will be no cancellation fee if you are unable to arrive due to the cancellation of your transportation such as a ship or plane.

Pick-up
Pick-up and drop-off is free.
When making a reservation, please let us know your mode of transportation (ship, plane, etc.) and arrival time so that we can pick you up.
If you have large luggage (such as a surfboard), please let us know in advance.
